LUCKY PAWZ CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective: July 2, 2004

In order to ensure the safety of your dog, Lucky Pawz enforces strict space and capacity limits. Due to the popularity of our services, we have to turn away customers on a routine basis. As a result, we have adopted the following cancellation policy to guard against no-shows.

Daycare
You have the right to cancel Daycare reservations at Lucky Pawz until 8:00 a.m. on the day of the reservation. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in a single day charge.

Boarding
You have the right to cancel or amend boarding reservations up to five business days prior to the scheduled visit. If you fail to cancel your boarding reservation, you will be charged a maximum of two nights boarding. If you fail to amend your boarding reservation, you will be charged for the dates you originally reserved regardless of the actual day of drop-off or pick-up, up to a maximum of 2 nights.
