Monday - Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (all boarding dogs guaranteed 5 hours of playtime) Evening feeding is provided.
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.; 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (all boarding dogs guaranteed 4 hours of playtime)
Late pick-up policy
Notice to all customers.
Due to the increase in late pick ups please read our newly adopted Late Pick-up
Policy.
While we understand that everyone has unforeseen circumstances that may cause a late pick up, Lucky Pawz staff members go off duty at 6:30pm Monday-Friday. (Official time kept at Lucky Pawz lobby)
A late fee of $5 will be added to daycare charges for dogs
picked up between 6:31-6:35pm.
A late fee of $10 will be added to daycare charges for dogs
picked up between 6:36-6:40pm.
A late fee of $15 will be added to daycare charges for dogs
picked up between 6:41-6:45pm.
A late boarding fee of $30 will be added to daycare charges
for any dog not picked up by 6:46pm. Dogs left past 6:46pm
will be available to be picked up after 6:30am the following morning.
Please call before 6:15pm if you would like to change a daycare
reservation to a boarding reservation without the late fee added.

picked up between 12:06-12:10pm.

picked up between 12:11-12:15pm.
A late boarding fee of $50 will be added to daycare charges
for any dog not picked up by 12:16pm. Dogs left past 12:16pm
will be available to be picked up after 8:00am the following morning.
Please call before 11:45pm if you would like to change a daycare
reservation to a boarding reservation without the late fee added.
No late pick-ups will be allowed during Sunday drop-off & pick-up
times.
Any dog not picked up by 7:00pm on Sundays will be charged
$30 per dog for an additional night of boarding.
